This is my 2nd visit and I must say not disappointed,
My first visit was my lower back and I must say after that session I felt fantastic a day or 2 after.
Today I have an issue around the back of my neck , I have been in a lot of pain last 3 days so thought I would book an hour slot this morning.
I spoke with my with the lady (Penn ) who concentrated on the area where I have the most pain. She gave me a thorough massage around my neck area.
It to early to tell until tomorrow really what affect it will have had but sure it will have made some difference at least , going by my past visit.
I did feel relaxed when leaving which is a good sign.
Would I use this business again
100% yes
My daughter and her husband have also used in the past , that’s where I got the recommendation from.
My wife had also used.
I will wait a few days and update post on my progress.

This is my third massage and everyone has been amazing. The best massages I have ever had. Today I had the deep tissue massage. The therapist was very strong and knew what she was doing. She recognised all my knots I went in with but left feeling knot free and totally loose and energised. Highly recommend , I just wish I could afford one every week
