Great appointment having real issues with my neck and shoulder which are full of knots! There was great communication and concentration on my problem areas. I believe my massage therapist was named Lina (sorry if I got that wrong!) she was fantastic and showed me some stretches to do daily to help! Will be seeing her again. Thank you !

Wow! What an experience.

I haven’t had a massage in around 15 years, so I was actually a little nervous about having one again after such a long time. However, everything was explained so clearly from the beginning, which immediately put me at ease.

From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The lovely lady at reception was so welcoming, and my masseuse, Rita, was absolutely amazing.

I visited with a specific issue that I’ve been suffering with for years, and I already feel so much lighter and freer. I felt muscles I didn’t even know I had, and I can already move my neck so much more easily, with considerably less pain.

I had a deep tissue massage, which was certainly intense, but Rita’s strength was incredible and she clearly knew exactly what she was doing. I felt completely in safe hands throughout.

The whole place was also immaculately clean. I genuinely couldn’t fault a thing — from the treatment room right through to the bathroom, everything was spotless and beautifully presented.

I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and genuinely amazed at how much better I felt. I honestly can’t wait to book my next appointment.
